Another amazing client win! 🙌

I need to remember to share more of these, because stories like this one are such a powerful reminder of what’s possible with intentional healing.

Rachel had long struggled with unpredictable GI issues. Already gluten-free due to Celiac disease, she came to me hoping to finally tolerate dairy consistently—something that had felt out of reach for years. She had also started developing mysterious rash breakouts around her eyes and couldn’t pin down the cause.

We ran a GI MAP and implemented a targeted 3-month gut healing protocol focused on restoring microbial balance and repairing her gut lining. By just 5 weeks in, she was tolerating dairy with no issues. No more rashes. Dramatically reduced GI discomfort. Her symptom burden graph speaks for itself.

ANOTHER great before/after (gray/orange)!! This client has been following the recommendations I gave him based on his blood work and his symptoms have dramatically improved—cannot wait to get his updated blood work back and see what the numbers say!!

Improvements to note:
-less digestive discomfort
-better nutrient absorption
-more stable energy
-less cravings
-men’s hormonal improvements

His primary concern from a medical perspective was cholesterol so I’m just excited to see what happened there!!

Before vs after!!! This client came to me 6 months ago with a symptom burden that was off the charts in many areas. Her main struggle was very persistent nausea (sometimes with actual vomiting). Her doctors had put her through the wringer: PPI use, endoscopy, colonoscopy, zofran…and none of it helped. What we did:
-3 solid months of GI healing, addressing the findings in her GI MAP test
-additional blood work to optimize her health
-discontinued her oral birth control, as nausea is the most common side effect of the pill she was on (a fact NEVER MENTIONED by her doctors in over a year of treating her for nausea)

Was her healing all sunshine and roses? No. Did she feel better immediately? No. But she put in the work and trusted that her body could heal. And here we are, 6 months later, and she is feeling great!!
