Our Peppermint Snowball bowl has granola below a base of banana, vanilla plant protein, peppermint extract, coconut yogurt, coconut butter, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, topped with strawberries, cacao nibs, chocolate covered espresso beans, coconut shred, 3 small cashew balls rolled in coconut shreds, and a drizzle of honey on top. (Optional candy canes on the side.)
