I know that there's only so much research that you can do but after talking with some people I've decided to do more research on attention deficit. I wish you all a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving. We probably have all splurged a little bit today and that's okay. Today might not have been the best day to start taking oral peptides but I did. And I hope within a couple of weeks to report back to you my progress. Have a wonderful day.

So I just returned from Lancaster Pennsylvania where I attended an amazing health seminar. The main speaker was Barbara O'Neill.

She is such a quiet conservative woman. She shared so much from her heart and it was easy to see how much helping people achieve their maximum health potential means to her.

One of the wonderful things is that she will be returning to Lancaster next year in October. If any one of you would like more information please let me know and as soon as I get it I will forward it on to you.

She talked about the basics, and one of those was sunshine.

Why is sunshine so important? The body uses that sunshine and the cholesterol under your skin to make vitamin d. She explained that vitamin d is used in so many processes in the body that we need to make sure that we have an adequate supply and the best supply is from natural resources.
