Mastering Arm Movement and Position

Highlights
The arms have a lot of influence on your running form including:
- Reducing over striding and increase cadence
- Impact posture to advance your body forward with less effort
- Set a rhythmic tone that your legs and feet can follow
Drills and cues to practice are included.

Winter RPM Session 2

Get ready for Spring with RPM (Run Performance Maximization). Tune up your body, fix your form, and avoid injuries. The focus will be on learning good posture, core and body control, rhythm, and running efficiency to help you run strong this Spring and beyond. Classes are Thursday evening 5:30 - 6:30 at True 2 Form. Click below to learn more and sign up.

Tune up for Spring with Winter RPM to run faster, healthier, and stronger!

Improve your form and overall posture to generate more speed and power.

Run with more spring and bounce in your stride.
Prevent injuries through efficiency and better biomechanics.
Improve muscle and joint mobility, strength, and movement patterns.

Classes will be held at True 2 Form on Thursday evenings, 5:30 - 6:30, beginning Feb 12.

Cost: $120 for all 5 weeks, $30 drop-in

We are thrilled to announce that Logan Weis has joined the True 2 Form Sports Science team, bringing his expertise in Exercise Science and Division 1 running experience from the University of Memphis!
