- Impact posture to advance your body forward with less effort
- Set a rhythmic tone that your legs and feet can follow
Drills and cues to practice are included.

Get ready for Spring with RPM (Run Performance Maximization). Tune up your body, fix your form, and avoid injuries. The focus will be on learning good posture, core and body control, rhythm, and running efficiency to help you run strong this Spring and beyond.
