I want to be really open about something.

This isn’t about convincing anyone to start a program before they’re ready. It’s not about numbers, or money, or how fast we can get results.

If someone isn’t truly ready to make a change, I don’t want them to feel pressured to work with me. Because when the timing isn’t right, even the best program won’t work… and that’s not fair to anyone.

Real change takes readiness.
It takes honesty.
It takes showing up for yourself… even on the days it’s uncomfortable.

I’ve learned that when someone starts before they’re ready, they don’t follow through… they get frustrated… and they end up blaming the process instead of recognizing that the timing just wasn’t right yet.

And that’s not the kind of support I want to offer.

The work I do is about education, commitment, and real-life change… not quick fixes or chasing numbers.

I want to work with people who are ready to take responsibility for their health… who are open to learning… and who want to build something sustainable for their life, not just for a moment.

šŸŽ The most important gift I gave myself this year wasn’t under the tree…
It was the gift of health.

This year, I didn’t just lose weight…
I reversed metabolic dysfunction that had been quietly stealing my energy, my sleep, my clarity, and my joy.

Because of that…

šŸŽ„ Happy Christmas Day! šŸŽ…šŸ¼ Yesterday, Andy and I went full-on Santa mode and delivered 6 loaves of my now famous sourdough bread, complete with homemade salted butter, cinnamon honey butter, and Christmas jam to a few of our dear friends. šŸ„–ā¤ļø

Now, it’s Christmas Day, and while Andy’s off to the camp, I’m cozied up in my PJs, sipping hot coffee, and cuddling with the fur babies. ā˜•ļøšŸ¾ The rest of the day will be all about Christmas movies and relaxation. For so long, I lived in a body that was always hungry.
Hungry after meals.

What My Body Was Trying to Tell Me

If you’ve ever lived with PCOS, you know the exhaustion is real. I used to sleep all night and still wake up tired. I was dragging myself through the day, depending on coffee and adrenaline just to function. That was my normal for years.
