• Arms open wide + gentle head turns to release neck & shoulder tension
• Pelvic rocks to soften and support the low back
• One-knee circles in both directions to bring ease and mobility to the hip joint

The final stretch of winter is always the most challenging for me … especially when we get more snow ❄️ and frigid temperatures 🥶🙄. Returning to my meditation practice these past few weeks has been so helpful. Its been an anchor, holding me steady, helping me find perspective and align my thoughts on what nourishes me. Finding my way back has brought balance and peace. And that return is the practice.
