Walking and seated mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga is offered. Participants are invited to observe intentional periods of silence throughout the weekend. Silence is held as a nourishing container rather than a rule, supporting clarity, rest, and spiritual renewal. this approach encourages emotional balance, and holistic wellbeing while honoring each persons pace and needs.

Doesn’t a weekend of silence sound just lovely. Join me February 13-15 in Hingham at the Glastonbury Abbey retreat house for a weekend of practice. 24 hours of silent practice with movement, yoga, meditation, walking meditation and opening up the silence Saturday night with Susan Browne with kundalini chanting and movement. Lots of healthy meals and snacks. Silence brings you back to experience itself. We can be present to our experience. Silence can help to reset the nervous system. This looks like lower stress, and restores a sense of inner steadiness. Single room $660 double room $525 pp.
