Since August of 2023, Baltimore County firefighters have had access to a full spectrum human performance program in the form of the O2X Integrated Readiness Platform.

Initially supported by a single specialist, the program has now expanded to a team of five full-time human performance professionals - specializing in disciplines including Strength & Conditioning, Injury Prevention, and Mental Performance.
