Have you tried our Yoga for Recovery?

Yoga for Recovery is not exclusive to individuals in recovery from substance use disorder. This Yoga practice is all encompassing. We are all in recovery from one thing or another. Individuals, family members, friends and allies are welcome to join this all-levels yoga class.
