We are so lucky to have the amazing artwork of local artists on our office walls. Our patients get an opportunity to see these beautiful creations as they work hard to recover and DO MORE. Today, local artist Patricia Brown sold this beautiful painting! We hate to see it go, but there are many more wonderful paintings to appreciate and and purchase. We are so fortunate to have a supportive community and so many talented artists who brighten the walls of Joint Motion Physical Therapy!

Therapy Thursday Thoughts

Evidence shows that some discomfort during movement does not necessarily indicate harm and that gradual, guided activity often improves pain and function. A physical therapist can help guide you.

👏 Congratulations to our Master Clinician, Marc Helders, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT!
Marc recently delivered an engaging and informative lecture-and hands-on demonstration-to the DPT students at Kean University, showcasing two of today’s most cutting-edge physical therapy approaches: Functional Dry Needling and Pain Neuroscience Education.
His expertise, passion, and ability to break down complex concepts continue to inspire both students and colleagues alike. And this is just a glimpse of the many advanced skills he brings to patient care every day!
👏 Great job, Marc-we’re proud to have you on our team! Special recognition to our SPT Chloe R for being the demo partner and providing the pics!

Why It Works Wednesday

Your physical therapist watches how you sit, stand, bend, or reach when pain is involved. Small changes may help reduce discomfort for some people.
