The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan 30, 2026. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. The 375th Medical Group and all associated clinics will open on January 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

If you had an appointment scheduled prior to our planned opening at 12:00 PM, you may have received a text indicating that we are closed for the entire day. Please note that this is incorrect.
