Emily, Matthew, and Jarrod are second generation small business owners. Their parents, Mark and Debbie King, founded King Physical Therapy & Fitness in September 2000. Matthew and Jarrod are both physical therapists and treat patients daily. Matthew enjoys working with all types of conditions and patients and is passionate about coming alongside each patient to help them return to enjoying life. Jarrod enjoys working with all patients but particularly likes spine and orthopedic disorders. Emily is an attorney and is responsible for several areas of King PT including billing, human resources, office management, and marketing.

Do you experience dizziness or lightheadedness when you roll over in bed, look-up, lay down, or bend over? If so you may be experiencing a condition called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). In BPPV, crystals or otoconia are displaced into the ears semi-circular canals and typically cause dizziness, especially with head movements.
At King Physical Therapy & Fitness our therapists can abolish your symptoms of dizziness caused by BPPV in as little as one visit. Our therapists can perform a Dix-Hallpike maneuver to test your posterior and anterior semi-circular canals followed by an Epley’s maneuver to reposition the crystals for re-absorption. If the crystals are in the horizontal canal the horizontal roll test will reposition the crystals for re-absorption. Either way we can help you.

P.S. BPPV will most likely re-occur, so do not suffer and come see us at King Physical Therapy & Fitness immediately.

Wondering if you need a script to come see us? 🤔 Our physical therapists are Direct Access licensed, which means you can schedule with us today, without a script from a referring provider. 🤗 🎉

If you are having pain related to movement 🕺💃 , seeing a physical therapist is often the first and only stop you will need to make to resolve your problem. We will perform a thorough examination to assure that PT is right for you, and will refer you to the appropriate provider in the instance that further medical evaluation is needed.

Since many musculoskeletal issues can be addressed with physical therapy alone, this gets you on a faster track to recovery.
