Attention ‼️‼️‼️‼️
As much as we hate to do this, we ask that you please take a minute to read/ share this post…

We love that we are able to leave the garden open for people to enjoy during the evening hours BUT it has been brought to our attention that people are not respecting the space… We absolutely LOVE to see families as a whole come and enjoy the space but we ask that you please refrain from climbing on or in either of the water fountains, not only is it a HUGE SAFETY HAZARD, it can cause damage to the features…. if this continues, we will be forced to lock the park during off hours, which is of course something we absolutely do not want to do so we ask that you please respect the space. I think this is a perfect time to list some basic courtesies/ rules we ask that you consider and obey by when visiting the Frank Kapr Family Garden.

- Please refrain from climbing on or around the water fountain and the water feature.
- Please do not throw anything in the water fountain or the water feature.
- Please take any trash you may have with you when you leave the family garden
- If you do bring your animal to the garden, we ask that you please respect the space and clean up after your Pet.
- Please do not bring/ light any type of candle in the garden.
- Please remember that the entire Frank Kapr property is and will always be monitored by video surveillance.
