Hatha Yoga with Emmie is designed to dissolve tension and cultivate steadiness and ease in the body-mind. A flowing, meditative style of practice is emphasized so that breathing deepens, and constriction unwinds without force. Joint mobility, bone density, strength, and flexibility will all benefit, and class culminates in deep relaxation.
Tuesdays, 9-10:15am PT / 12-1:15pm ET. All levels welcome, sliding scale. Register on our website!
