Looking for a unique space for your next staff or board retreat? Confluence offers a beautiful setting to gather, connect, and recharge.

Last year, we had the pleasure of hosting retreats in our space, and participants had a wonderful experience. Our barn features a spacious indoor-outdoor layout, with wide open doors overlooking the woods—creating a natural, welcoming environment for collaboration and reflection. Forest trails and vineyard walks invite meaningful connection with each other and the surrounding landscape.

You’re welcome to bring your own food, or let us take care of the nourishment. We also offer optional add-ons like yoga, mindful movement, and sound healing sessions with Brianna and Andre—perfect for team building and restoration.

Interested in learning more? Reach out to info@confluenceartscenter.org—we’d love to host you.

Happy Spring!! As the stirrings of new life emerge, it’s a beautiful moment to pause and honor the old-growth trees and majestic forest habitats of Oregon. In case you haven’t heard, many of these amazing life giving places are being threatened… But you can help! And it only takes a few minutes!

Passing along more information shared by our friend Jenifer Trivelli at . The mentioned links can be found in our bio and stories!

The public comment period closes March 23rd!

🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲

Friends and fellow Oregon nature lovers,

If you value old-growth trees, clean water, and habitats for threatened species of wildlife, you should know:

BLM is revising a Resource Management Plan that would roll back protections for 104 ecologically valuable places across 2+ million acres of our state.

Our voice actually matters in this process
What we can do right now is send a ’substantive’ public comment - one that builds a record that can be used in court to challenge the plan. Here’s a comment builder that helps you build and file this comment with the wording needed to be considered ’substantive’, and it takes about 8 minutes.

*Already filed one? If it’s not substantive (meaning, no legal teeth), it goes in a different pile. You can file another one though!

You’ll also find a downloadable action guide with more relevant information at the link.

Did you know we have regular online yoga classes throughout the year?

Hatha Yoga with Emmie is designed to dissolve tension and cultivate steadiness and ease in the body-mind. A flowing, meditative style of practice is emphasized so that breathing deepens, and constriction unwinds without force. Joint mobility, bone density, strength, and flexibility will all benefit, and class culminates in deep relaxation.

Tuesdays, 9-10:15am PT / 12-1:15pm ET. All levels welcome, sliding scale. Register on our website!

Brianna is looking forward to teaching online again starting this Friday through May 20, 9-10amPT / 12-1pmET. She guides participants through an integrative movement experience that weaves together traditional yoga postures, somatic exploration, functional strength, and restorative practices. Rooted in and inspired by Yoga, Qi Gong, Bartenieff Fundamentals, and dance, this class offers a supportive container to explore the body from the inside out.

Participants are invited to listen deeply to their inner landscape—cultivating awareness of energy, breath, skeletal structure, and muscular support—while flowing between movement inquiry and more defined shapes. Functional strengthening sequences support stability and resilience, while restorative moments invite space for integration, release, and rest.

This practice encourages a balance of effort, ease, and curiosity, supporting both vitality and nervous system regulation. All bodies and experience levels are welcome; no prior yoga or movement experience is required.

Sliding scale, register on our website (🔗in bio). Zoom link emailed after registration!
