New name, same flow 🌀

You might have noticed a change in our schedule— your Yoga Flow, Fusion & Vinyasa Flow classes are now called POWER YOGA!

Here’s the simple breakdown:
🌀 Vinyasa (Sanskrit): Arrangement of movement in a purposeful way with synchronization of breath.
🌀 Flow/Fusion (English): These terms describe the continuous, seamless & fluid transition from one pose to another— the essential characteristics of Vinyasa.

So what is Power Yoga?
🌞 Power yoga is a dynamic practice designed to build strength, flexibility & mindfulness through movement, helping you release stress & find balance. It’s all about tapping into your inner power!

In a supportive group environment you'll engage in low-impact exercises targeted for postpartum recovery to help regain strength post-pregnancy while nurturing your body's natural alignment. Focusing on building core strength, improving flexibility and boosting overall wellness, this class is perfect for moms (or dads 🧘🏼‍♂️) looking to prioritize self-care.

You'll leave feeling energized, centered, and supported in a community of fellow moms! Come as you are, and bring baby along for a workout that's fun, functional, and filled with love! 🤍

🧸 Bring a mat plus anything to keep your baby cozy— i.e. a carrier, blanket, or small toy. Dads are welcome too!
