Hi Everybody! I am excited to share that I am 28 weeks pregnant with our first kid! That said I will be on maternity leave from July 1st until sometime in early November and will not be taking anymore new clients until I return to work. Please contact me in November if you are interested in beginning therapy then.

Warmly,
Ariana

Exciting News!!! I am expanding my practice and have my very own office space! The amount of inquiries I get per week from people wanting to start therapy has been overwhelming so now seemed like the right time. Today is my first day seeing clients in my new office and I love the space. There are redwoods right outside my window and it feels so peaceful. I am still waiting on some art for a couple walls but it already feels like home.

Starting January of 2021 I will be available for in person and ZOOM sessions Monday-Thursday 🙌

Becoming a Therapist

My journey to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist began over 7 years ago. It took 3 and a half years of grad school, 4 years of (underpaid) internships and passing 2 very scary exams! I was able to push through all these requirements because I believed (and still believe) that I am called to help people and be a part of positive change in this world through being a therapist. So many people suffer unnecessarily because they do not know that there are other ways of being. I assist people in realizing that they do not have to stay in their toxic patterns, thinking and relationships. Change is hard and almost impossible to do without a supportive person in your corner. I am honored to be that support in my clients’ lives and am so thankful that I get to do this amazing work.
