During this time of ever changing restrictions at the hospitals and the high chance you could be birthing without your support person(s) I urge Mamas to write a birth plan and ask the nurses to help you achieve your birth goals and to respect the things you say yes and no to! When in labor you can’t always advocate for yourself verbally and you can feel vulnerable!
I encourage you all if this restriction hits our local hospital you will be met by amazing nurses who will do their best to give you support and to follow your birth plan! I would be willing to give you tips for comfort measures and birth plan writing!
