On October 16 Rosewood had its 4th Annual White Elephant Auction.
Employees, friends and family donated new and gently used items for the event. Residents had played bingo thru out the year and earned bingo bucks (play money) which was the only means of purchasing items that were auctioned off. Everything from toiletries, clothing, snacks, throws and more had been donated. The best sellers of the day was an Alabama shirt that sold for $350 and a large pack of toilet paper for $500. One of their monthly Live Entertainers Mike Hubler was the auctioneer and did an outstanding job. Everyone had a blast!
