This week, we are so proud to recognize Shana. She is an incredible Hospice RN Case Manager who has been with our company for 8 years. Last month, she completed the highest number of admissions, a true reflection of her dedication, efficiency, and commitment to patient care.

She is a true team player. Shana is always willing to step in when needed, and do so with a smile on her face. She consistently completes same-day documentation, setting a high standard for excellence and accountability.

Outside of work, she is a devoted mom who absolutely loves her son, and her competitive spirit drives her to always give her best. Her kindness extends far beyond her job description. During the holidays, she has personally taken food to those in need out of the goodness of her heart, and she even opened her home to two animals when their family could no longer care for them.
