Why Luke’s Well?

When we were choosing a name for this clinic, we wanted it to reflect the deeper purpose behind why we started it. That’s why we chose Luke 9:2:

“He sent them to proclaim the Kingdom of God and heal the sick.”

Luke was a physician, and that always resonated with us. After years working in healthcare, we felt called to create a place where caring for people meant more than just treating symptoms. We wanted to build something rooted in compassion, faith, and truly helping people feel well again.

Luke’s Well was created to care for the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. Whether someone walks through our doors for wellness support, skin treatments, or simply answers they haven’t been able to find elsewhere, our hope is that they leave feeling seen, cared for, and restored.

This verse reminds us why we started - and why we do what we do every day.
