Congratulations Kenzi McCrady, RN, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Kenzi “Rene” McCrady truly is the embodiment of persevering and strength. Her quote is “Do unto others as they would have them do to you”, the Golden Rule. But she exceeds that creed in the way she treats everyone with the highest respect and care possible. She takes extra steps every day to live out ASC’s core values.
It has been our honor to have Kenzi with us for the past 3 years. She is one of those hard-nosed nurses that has been in the trenches and knows what it takes to care of long term care residents. Her nearly 18 years of experience, starting as a CNA in 2007, getting her LPN in 2011, and proudly obtaining her RN in 2019 have made her an invaluable part of our team.
Kenzi has been happily married to her handsome husband, Dustin, for 8 years, and they have been building a beautiful life with their five amazing children. Outside of work, Kenzi enjoys nature, whether it be hiking a new trail, teaching her children gardening, or just raising her children in the joys of what today’s society is missing, its outside. Kenzi’s goal day in and day out is making everyone’s life around her better and to ensure her residents feel loved, safe and protected.
The transformation is complete; Kenzi is the beautiful butterfly that has emerged from the cocoon. The pride we have in this young woman is immense, and when we hear her voice or see her smile, we know our residents are going to have a great day.
