By promoting extension of the spine, Cobra Pose may help counteract the effects of prolonged sitting and poor posture, potentially leading to a feeling of decompression and relief.

This pose involves lying face down and lifting the chest off the ground with the support of the arms, which can help stretch the spine, improve flexibility, and alleviate tension in the back.
