It was our pleasure to be one of the sponsors of the fall Iaedp meeting on Friday (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals) in Scottsdale.

The luncheon offered a chance to connect with many of our colleagues in the community, as well as hear an interesting presentation from Tammy Beasley, MS, RDN, CEDS-C, called "The Trauma-Informed RD: Integrating Trauma-based Stages of Regulate/Relate/Reason into Nutrition Healing."

We are fans of the show "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," and have always been tickled by this silly scene when Kimmy announces to Lillian and Titus that she is starting therapy. Our amazing office goddess, Norena’s last day! She has reigned for over 3 years and has been such a loving and professional presence for all who are part of our small but mighty family here at Healthy Futures.
