Since 2002, our eating disorders intensive outpatient program (IOP) has helped hundreds of people toward their healthy future. We specialize in eating disorders. And we also help people recover from trauma, and help treat anxiety and depression, and we teach many skills to help people learn to manage their emotions.

We are happy to talk to you about any of these options. As an independently owned mental health clinic, we pride ourselves in our ability to be nimble and cater services to your individual needs.

It all begins with a call to (480) 451-8500.

Pups & Peeps is this Saturday, Feb. 28, at 9 a.m.

The public is invited to Pups & Peeps, our annual fun walk. It's a free event that commemorates National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. We will start the walk at Healthy Futures, 8065 N. 85th Way in Scottsdale, and then stroll along Scottsdale's beautiful green belt for a short distance.

Please bring your puppy for this fun, casual gathering. And hey, even if you don't have a furry friend, you're 100 percent welcome to come walk with us in support of eating disorder recovery!

We love this year’s theme for National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, “Healing is Possible.”

We know this is true because we see it every day at Healthy Futures. Healing happens and it is a wonderful, deliberate, sometimes challenging, sometimes joyful process, that takes courage, strength, and - with us - a team of caring professionals traveling that healing path with our patients every step of the way.

We began our eating disorders Intensive Outpatient Program in 2002, and as an individually owned center, we pride ourselves on our experience, compassion, and ability to cater treatment to each individual’s needs.

If you, or someone you care about, is struggling with food, body, and weight anxiety, or any eating disorder behavior, please reach out today at (480) 451-8500.

Whether you're struggling with food, body, or weight issues, or with general anxiety about life, the first step toward a healthy future begins with an assessment. Here's Mia to talk to you a little bit about that process.

Most insurance plans cover the assessment, and setting one up is easy. Just call us at (480) 451-8500 and we'll guide you every step of the way from there!
