Made these bad boys in less than 20 minutes 😋

•Old fashioned Oats
•Crunchy Peanut Butter
•Chia Seeds
•Chocolate Chips
•Cinnamon for flavor
•Can’t believe it’s not Butter 🧈

Yummy, Quick and Delicious 🤤

Brown your oats with butter, add a bit of cinnamon . While browning let your chia seeds soak. Combine Oats, peanut butter and chia seeds in a bowl. Spread or shape to your desire add melted semi sweet/ dark chocolate on top for an extra delicious flavor!

Real daily life habits that affect our lives and health.

It’s not just about what you eat. Food does have a huge impact on your health but so does your mental and physical well being!

My mental health declined the past couple months being why I have not posted or shared much. We also moved A LOT the past two years and it caused. Stressed beyond my control, but I have my son and my hubby that held me together and we’re here in the now starting completely over and it feels good to bring a clean slate and open mind to share with you all.

Woke up at about 6am to head out for our walk. Stopped to get some morning goods and headed to the park for a little fun 🛝
