Tonight we gathered at the Scooptacular ice cream shop to celebrate our very own Java Autism Services ice cream flavor and to honor the incredible progress of our Student Analysts. It was the perfect mix of community, family, and professional pride!
We proudly promoted five Student Analysts.
Dylan and Taylir advanced to Tier 1 Student Analysts.
Sierra and Kailie advanced to Tier 2 Assistant Clinicians, taking on new responsibilities that include co-treating cases with licensed behavior analysts, supporting treatment plan development, conducting caregiver training, and engaging in professional collaboration and assessment.
And we celebrated Sam, who achieved Tier 3 Senior Assistant Clinician, the highest level within Java’s Student Analyst Program. This milestone represents mastery in clinical skill development and leadership in supervision, marking her as a role model for the next generation of analysts in training.
We also introduced two incredible leaders who will guide our next chapter. Our new Clinic Director will oversee the opening of our Goodyear clinic at the end of the year, and our new Director of Professional Development will begin at the start of the year to continue building structure mentorship and support for our growing supervision program.
The evening was filled with laughter, families, community, and yes sparkly medals to top it all off! We are privileged to witness the growth of these amazing young professionals. Supervision and mentorship are just part of the way that Java Autism Services secures the future of ethical ABA services in Arizona.
