From a very young age the human body fascinated me- its anatomy, physiology, and its resistance and capacity to adapt to new environments and stressors. Being aware of the things that made it better and the things that damaged it, I formed a career path that would involve a deeper understanding of the body and the alternative ways to help it heal. My interest of sports lead me to study kinesiology, and later I discovered the wonderful world of massage. I have been a Phoenix-area resident since 2004 and I am fluent in English and Spanish. I am a graduate of the Arizona State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology as well as a graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and licensed through the Arizona Board of Massage Therapy.

The perks of working with at is I can get chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture at any time!
Adjustments help me keep my body aligned (which is necessary given how physically active I am) and acupuncture helps to balance my systems so I stay as healthy as possible all year round.
