Interested in Crystal Ultra or considering sending us your first full arch case? We've made it easy! After you've downloaded and printed your prepaid shipping label and lab rx at digitaldental.com/send-files, just send us the following:
1. Articulated upper and lower models with soft tissue + implant parts
2. Bite registration
3. Verified wax-up
Turn around times vary according to procedure, but can average anywhere between 10 and 15 days. We'll send you a confirmation email upon receipt, which will include the exact date that you can expect your case to be returned. Brownie points apply for those that include patient photos and/or a verification jig (hello, it's 100+ degrees in Scottsdale!)
