STAFF SPOTLIGHT!!
Collin joined the DPR team in October of 2025 after spending three summers working as the lead strength and conditioning coach at a private baseball facility in Southern California. In 2025 he also finished his collegiate baseball career which took him all around the continental United States. During this time, he graduated with his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Saint Martin’s University. Shortly thereafter he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Since then, he has worked with multiple different athletic demographics such as baseball, hockey, soccer, combat sports, pilots, some active duty military, and hopes to continue to grow this list.
One of his passions in the weight room is analyzing biomechanics and how they relate to an individual’s specific needs. This analysis is a primary driver behind his workout programming and design. As a coach, he is driven and motivated to help his athletes become the best version of themselves in whatever they do. This meaning he is invested in more than just their life inside the weight room. As a lifelong athlete having participated in competitive soccer, football, basketball, wrestling, collegiate baseball, and jiu-jitsu he understands how demanding athletics can be on an individual and how important a holistic approach is to ensure continued success.
Outside of work Collin enjoys being outdoors, whether that be in the mountains or just on a baseball field, working out, and spending time learning something new. He is very excited to continue to grow, learn, and work with everyone here at Dynamic Performance and Recovery.
