Hello, wonderful therapists!

I have had a few people express interest in our monthly OCD and Anxiety Disorder Consultation Group. We have a wonderful, caring, and supportive consultation group that has been meeting for a year and a half! Our group is specifically designed for therapists who are not brand new to OCD work (as well as anxiety disorders and OCD-related disorders); rather, it is for clinicians who already are trained in an Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT) approach for these conditions (ERP, ICBT, CBT) and who have some clinical experience in treating them and would like to hone their skills and receive and offer feedback and support.

We generally meet on the last Friday of the month, but this month will be meeting next Friday, February 20.

Being well can look so different for every person. We're creating a few new social media series for the year, which will include Wellness Wednesday. Here, we can chat about different aspects of health and wellbeing through the lens of a mental health professional.

Wellness is about integration of many areas of health, including physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Taking steps to support health holistically is a powerful tool!

New year, same amazing team! We wanted to kick off the new year with a refresher on our exceptional team of mental health specialists.

Rachel Tombaugh is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the clinical director at Epiphany Center in Scottsdale. She opened the practice after seeing how often OCD was improperly treated in clinical settings. Rachel specializes in OCD, panic disorders, and trauma. Her life's work is advocacy: for better treatment, for better education, and for more professional support for other clinicians.

In her spare time, Rachel loves to be outdoors, whether hiking, gardening, or spending time with her horse.
