This wasn’t always my life.

At one point, I was dealing with low energy, poor metabolic health, and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with concerning cardiac markers.

And the truth is—I wasn’t really taking action.
No consistent training.
No real structure.

With my family history, it felt like time was catching up.

My dad had his first heart attack at 49.
My grandfather passed at 55.
At 43… I was almost waiting for something to happen.
