✨ Moxibustion for Pain Relief ✨
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we often say where there is free flow, there is no pain.

What you’re seeing here is moxa therapy — a treatment that uses the dried herb mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) to gently warm the channels and stimulate circulation.

Moxa can be used both internally (in herbal formulas) and externally (as a form of heat therapy). It’s traditionally used to:
