Healthy Aging Tip: the “Move • Sip • Connect” mini-routine

• Move: 10–15 minutes of gentle walking or chair stretches to wake up joints and boost balance.
• Sip: a full glass of water (add a slice of citrus) to rehydrate and support memory, mood, and mobility.
• Connect: call or text a friend, neighbor, or family member—social connection is powerful medicine.
