It was such a pleasure learning about the incredible work that AZ Speech and Swallow does in helping clients navigate cognitive, speech, and swallowing challenges. I LOVED talking about the importance of seeking out therapy as professionals and for clients. Remember therapy is not just for the “identified patient” dealing with a life altering diagnoses, the caregivers need some love too!! A strong caregiver promotes the good physical and mental health for loved ones coping with challenging diagnoses.
