💚 Green tea is good for acne? But I thought caffeine is bad for acne?

💚 For some patients caffeine is a trigger for acne, however research demonstrates green tea is an effective acne treatment when consumed as tea, or applied topically as a mask.

✅ Simply make a normal cup of green tea and remove the tea bags. Allow them to cool or keep them refrigerated and apply to acne lesions as needed.

✅ The tea can be ground into a powder and mixed in with beauty products or turned into a paste with water or aloe for a green tea mask.

💚 The mechanism of action for green tea helping acne is that it is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.

💚 Green tea is also thought to regulate sebum production. Less greasy skin means less bacteria to adhere to the pores, which means less acne breakouts!

💚 Just say YES to that Matcha Latte for anti-aging and acne skin health!

🧩 Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is one of the most puzzling hormone and autoimmune conditions I commonly treat.

😥 While I don’t have this autoimmune form of hypothyroidism, I do understand the ups and downs of autoimmune disease personally.

😩 I know the bad pain flare days, the fatigue, and the other frustrations of having an autoimmune disease well.

😡 I know the frustration of getting passed around from one uncaring doctor to the next, and wasting my money and time on useless treatments that don’t work and don’t help.

🗑️ Personally, I have wasted a lot of money on useless natural remedies and prescription drugs to maintain my autoimmune disease.

🎤 Let me take a minute to explain how I help my Hashi’s patients naturally. Together we can achieve lasting solutions to reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and do not have to rely on synthetic prescription “hormones.”

😊 My Hashi’s patients generally just need natural hormones, herbs, hormone balancing nutrition and vitamins. Continue to Hashi’s blog:

Menopausal women recently reported in a June 2023 study feeling happier on saffron! Did you know that saffron has repeatedly been proven as safe and effective for anxiety, insomnia, and depression?

The world’s most expensive spice is not only delicious but important medicine. Saffron costs about twenty dollars per gram because the harvesting process is extremely tedious and each flower only produces three threads of saffron.

Saffron is most commonly used in expensive and exotic dishes, Moroccan and East Indian cooking. The herbal medicinal components of saffron contain powerful antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, beta carotene and mental health benefits!

08/02/2023

Less common symptoms of thryoid? Hypothyroidism is a medical condition characterized by low thyroid hormones in the body affecting vital physiological functions. Thyroid hormones, including T3 and T4, are secreted by a small, butterfly-shaped Thyroid Gland located in the front of the neck.

Different factors impair the function of the thyroid gland that results in underactive thyroid or insufficient production of the hormone to meet the daily body requirements. [1, 2]

Remember that a low thyroid hormone level or hypothyroidism negatively affects lung function, metabolism, neurological function, body mass index, heart rate, and gastrointestinal health. It is estimated that about 4.6 percent of the US population, or approximately 10 million Americans have hypothyroidism.

Hypothyroidism symptoms vary among individuals. However, it involves the following signs and symptoms:
