Whether it's Botox, fillers, or facial aesthetic services like routine facials and microneedling, you should live your life on your own terms.

It's your face and your choice.

Botox gets a bad reputation in the mainstream.

- People see bad work and assume that's just how Botox makes everyone look. It isn't.

- Many believe Botox is not safe, while it has more than 10 FDA approvals, many of which are for medical reasons.

- A lot of people don't know Botox has been around since the 1980s and was originally used to treat blepharospasm, involuntary eyelid spasms that impacted patients' quality of life.

- Others just think everyone should "age naturally", forgetting it's none of their business what others do with their own bodies.

You do you. And if Botox is part of that, then do it.

And while you're at it, come see us for your Botox in Scottsdale, AZ. All injectable treatments are administered by Dr. David Hecht, double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

πŸ’¬ What do you say to people who don't know how to mind their business about Botox and other aesthetic treatments?

🫣 Yes, you can get addicted to facial cosmetic treatments, including fillers and facial plastic surgery.

A good provider will know when it's too much and will tell you "No".

If you're coming in for your regular appointments with valid concerns, you're not addicted; you're maintaining your look.

There's a big difference.

As long as you look natural, you're in good shape.

But a lot of what you see as "botched" work is because a patient wouldn't take no for an answer and kept looking for a provider until one finally said yes.

Stick with the aesthetic provider who isn't afraid to tell you no, who has a track record of beautiful, natural-looking results.

🌟 The importance of choosing a skilled injector for your cosmetic treatments cannot be overstated. 🌟

These are real stories of patients who experienced complications after receiving injections from unlicensed or inexperienced providers. It’s a reminder of why it’s crucial to trust experts who prioritize your safety.

1️⃣ A woman received fillers at a Botox party, which led to necrosis (tissue death) on her lip after the filler blocked blood flow. Quick intervention helped, but it’s a clear example of why it’s important to seek treatment in a medical setting. (Source: Fox News)

2️⃣ Another patient experienced lumps and bruising after cheek fillers were administered by an unqualified injector. It took several months for her to heal and fully recover. (Source: BBC News)

3️⃣ A woman seeking lip enhancement ended up with swelling and asymmetry due to improperly placed filler, requiring urgent care to prevent long-term damage. (Source: BBC News)

πŸ“Ή Be sure to check out our page for a powerful video showing the effects of improperly placed filler that led to necrosis on a woman’s chin. It’s a valuable reminder of why expert care is essential.

✨ How to ensure you’re in good hands:
βœ”οΈ Always choose a licensed medical professional in a medical setting.
βœ”οΈ Ask about their specialized training in facial anatomy and how they handle complications.
βœ”οΈ Ensure they use FDA-approved products to minimize risks.
βœ”οΈ Look for before-and-after photos and patient reviews to see consistent, natural results.

πŸ”‘ Taking your time to research your injector can help ensure that you’ll have safe, effective results.

πŸ“© What's one thing that you might witness that would immediately give you the "ick" and cause you to walk away from a cosmetic injector? Tell us in the comments.

She came to us for an eye refresh.

Her complaint? Under-eye bags, dark circles, and hooded upper eyelids.

Scottsdale facial plastic surgeon, Dr. David Hecht, performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid lift surgery) to lift her hooded eyes and smooth the under-eye bags.

Following her blepharoplasty recovery, she now looks less fatigued and more youthful.

πŸ’¬ What do you use for more youthful eyes?

There are surgical and nonsurgical options for the prevention and treatment of aging eyes, including:

βœ” Blepharoplasty (pictured)
βœ” Botox
βœ” Microneedling
βœ” Laser
βœ” Skincare

1. Begin with prevention. Retinol/retinoids and other topical treatments. Start in your late 20s/early 30s.
2. Treatments usually begin with minimally invasive treatments like Botox, microneedling, and laser treatments. Do this when you start to notice the signs of aging.
3. Blepharoplasty is typically for patients whose aging eyes are not likely to see sufficient results through nonsurgical means.

πŸ’¬ Tell us in the comments: What are you using for more youthful eyes?

So many patients come to us complaining of undereye bags.

This patient received a full facelift and necklift, but we want to specifically talk about that lower blepharoplasty result. 😍

We took her from dark undereye bags to smooth, youthful, and brighter with a lower bleph (eyelid lift surgery) in our Scottsdale facial plastic surgery practice.

Our double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, David Hecht, MD, focuses on natural-looking aesthetic results with every facial plastic surgery procedure. This patient was no different, but we want to know what YOU think!

Do her results look natural?
What do you think about her eyes after her eyelid lift surgery?

😍 These bleph results are πŸ˜™πŸ‘Œ *chef's kiss*

David Hecht, MD, double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, performed an upper blepharoplasty on this lovely lady after she came to us unhappy with her hooded eyes.

The upper eyelid was drooping, leading to an aged and fatigued appearance.

Dr. Hecht's upper bleph (eyelid lift surgery) lifted the sagging skin, providing this beautiful patient with a natural-looking, more youthful appearance.

Her results speak for themselves, but we want to know what you think.

πŸ’¬ Comment below and tell us what you think about her results!

You can also DM us or comment "BOOK NOW", and we will DM you with our direct link to contact us to schedule a consultation.
