We love our infrared sauna and all of the wonderful health benefits! If you don’t have a sauna of your own, we have affordable single session rates and packages available! You don’t have to have a lymphatic massage in order to use the sauna, however a 30 minute session after each massage is included! Please just give us a call and schedule a session, we will be so happy to see you! 🙂💜
