I help women navigate stress and anxiety, find meaning, grieve, vent, invest in their well-being, stop putting themselves last, repair relationships, navigate boundaries, and move away from harsh inner critics and ‘people-pleasing.’ Want to feel better about your yourself, your life, your body? Meet our new therapist, Lorelei Carter! She's EMDR trained and works primarily with couples either for pre-marital counseling, divorce counseling, or marriage counseling. She also sees adults seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, family or relationship conflict, self-esteem issues or needing help with parenting or boundary issues.
