My beautiful 63yrs young patient had a previous mastopexy 20 years ago but still felt her breasts were too big for her. She also didn’t like the extra loose skin under her arms after loosing some weight.

I reshaped her breast tissue to look like an implant and lifted it back into a perkier and more youthful position in our procedure. I also love combining this procedure with a brachioplasty to help remove the excess tissue not only of her arms but the axilla as well.

I am extremely meticulous with my scars and always hide them the best that I can. Her breast scars will heal very thin and should be almost imperceptible at 1 year. For brachioplasties, I hide my scar at the bottom of the arm so you can’t see it from the front or back view.

My patient is only 6 weeks out and healing beautifully! 🧑‍🍳💋 Her breasts fit her frame perfectly and her arms show off the work she does in the gym.

I’m excited to share the journey of a young male patient who came to me with concerns about his nose’s appearance and functionality. He was troubled by a pinched tip, an over-projected and over-rotated nose, a deviated septum, and a plunging tip when smiling. His goal was to achieve a subtle natural look while maintaining his masculine features (which is often the most difficult). Just 6 weeks post-rhinoplasty, he’s already seeing amazing results, and the best is yet to come as the swelling continues to subside. I’m thrilled with his progress and can’t wait to see the final outcome! 💪👃
