Self-reflection is so important to all healthy relationships. The truth is, most people are either too self-absorbed or ignorant to actually ask themselves the tough questions and answer with any amount of honesty. How do you know if you have impacted another human being with your behavior, words or presence?
Please do the work. If you care about the person you are with, it is absolutely critical to do the work and ask yourself the tough questions! 🙏👼
