We specialize in affordable, efficient and prompt service plans, medication reviews, policy and procedure reviews, TB skin tests, Flu/pneumonia/shingles vaccines, Diabetic teaching, Resident referrals, Caregiver referrals and other needs to help you stay compliant with the Arizona Department of Health. Our experienced Registered Nurses stay up to date with state requirements and our service plans are frequently updated to comply with new state rules. We are dependable, timely, organized and have a flexible schedule in order to meet your needs. Prices:

Service Plan (Includes RN Medication Review) - $45

TB Skin Tests-$35

Flu Vaccine- $39 (Available Now)

Pneumonia Vaccine- $169 (By Request)

Other Vaccines- Ask

Diabetic Teaching- $50

Other RN Services- $50 per hour

Resident Referrals- Ask

Insurance company RN services include:
Long term care Assessments, Facility Assessments, Benefit Eligibility Assessments, Benefit Wellness Assessments, Underwriting Assessments, Cognitive evaluation, Measuring ADL and IADL dependencies, Height, Weight, Blood pressure, Pulse, etc

We are currently looking for RN Independent Contractors throughout the Valley. Make your own schedule doing PRN In- home assessments and Immunizations.
Requirements: current AZ RN license, CPR card, Ability to pass background check, BP cuff, stethoscope, scale, measuring tape, small sharps container, clip board, reliable transportation (with current automobile insurance), computer (laptop preferred but not required), cell phone (texting abilities), fax, scanner and email.
