Ever notice your digestion gets worse during stressful weeks? 😩
This happens more often than people realize.

I actually noticed this in my own body recently during a stressful couple of weeks caring for my cat after surgery.
Instead of immediately changing my diet, I focused on calming my nervous system.

Breathwork. 🌬️
Restorative yoga. 🧘♀️
Tulsi and chamomile tea at night. 🫖
Within just two days, my digestion settled again.
Sometimes the body doesn’t need stricter food rules.
It needs more safety.
