Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Front Desk professional at Integrative Health Institute. The Front Desk professional will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and providing general administrative assistance to the medical team. The Front Desk professional will support the medical team in providing an exceptional healthcare experience to our patients.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience in a medical office setting or hospitality
Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Athena (EMR) or others a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred.
