Massage Therapist Wanted – Part-Time + Mentorship in Scottsdale, AZ

Are you a licensed massage therapist looking to deepen your skills, grow your client base, and work in a supportive, professional environment?

I’m looking for a reliable and dedicated therapist to work in my space on weekends and Tuesdays (3 days a week), plus occasional days I block off for personal time. I specialize in anatomy-based massage that delivers lasting results — and I’m looking train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow.

What’s included:
• 60/40 split for on-body work once trained (therapist receives 60%)
• Hourly pay for assistant/admin work when not working on clients
• Hands-on mentorship in anatomy-based technique involving myofascia, biomechanics, and trigger point in consideration of the nervous system.
• Access to a loyal client base and beautiful, fully equipped space
• Opportunities to grow as I begin advertising more and you build trust with my current clients

You are:
• A licensed (or soon to be) massage therapist
• Passionate about anatomy and skilled bodywork
• Trustworthy, dependable, and client-focused
• Ready to build long-term client relationships

I will never say that I know it all.

I have years of experience under my belt, but there is no such thing as being "done learning." I'm always researching and exploring to learn new techniques and discover recent findings, because I want to serve you to the best of my ability.

These are some of my favorite books about massage therapy and energy work; I keep them in my office for reference and light re-reading!

I minored in Philosophy in college, and I adore it to this day! I even chat about it with my clients if we get on the topic. So, when one of my clients came in for her session and pulled this out of her bag, I was so touched!

That just goes to show how real the MT-client relationship can be. Take the time to find an MT you trust and genuinely like. You'll find that your sessions become much more relaxing when you're working with a friend!

The more I know, the better I can help you heal.

I understand it can be nerve wracking to ask for what you want, especially if you're new to the world of massage, but it's worth it to get the help you need! Though I can tell if certain muscle groups are tighter than others, it's most effective to communicate your session goals directly. Once I know what you're looking to accomplish through massage, we can make a plan to make that happen.

I always say: your session is about you! I want your massage to be just what you need to relax and heal. If a specific area is bothering you or if you would prefer to avoid a muscle group, just let me know! That way, I can create your ideal session and leave you feeling completely rejuvenated.

I'll be honest... I've been a bit stressed lately!

Getting back in the swing of work and life after summer trips and birthdays has had me playing catch up, and feeling out of sync. I try to keep my life as relaxed, calm, and organized as possible for my health, but we all have seasons of disarray sometimes.

With summer coming to a close, I'm finally feeling a bit more balanced. My schedule is back to normal and I'm back to the wonderful work-life balance I've strived so hard for!

So why am I mentioning this? Because I want to remind you that there is always light at the end of the tunnel, and busy seasons don't last. Hang in there; you got this!✨
