Under eye puffiness doesn’t have to be complicated.

Here’s a few things that I can say definitely work:
Staying hydrated will help reduce puffiness & improve skin elasticity.

Make sure you’re getting enough sleep. Lack of sleep can lead to dark circles and puffiness. They say to Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.

Applying a cold compress or chilled spoons on the eyes for a few minutes to reduce swelling and constrict blood vessels.
Use eye creams that contain ingredients like caffeine, hyaluronic acid, or retinol to help with puffiness and discoloration.

Lymphatic massage helps stimulate circulation, reduces fluid retention, and can diminish the appearance of puffiness and dark circles.
