If you hate crashing after breakfast, need to stay full for hours but do not want to feel bloated or heavy this is for you..
I used to eat “ healthy” breakfasts and still felt bloated, hungry an hour later, or just off. That’s why I started making bowls like this.
This brownie batter chia pudding tastes like indulgent but not grossly sweet, takes 5 minutes to throw together, and actually keeps me full for hours… without the crash.
Brownie Batter Chia Base
• 1/4 cup Eat Purposefully Cinnamon Cashew Granola
• 1 tbsp organic h**p seeds
• 1 tbsp organic raw cacao powder
• 2 tsp organic maple syrup
• 1 scoop bloat-friendly protein
• 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
Stir it up and let it thicken while you get ready.
Then top with:
• 1/4 cup organic blueberries
• 1 tbsp organic nut butter of choice
• 1/4 cup Eat Purposefully Fermented Buckwheat Granola
• 1/4 cup organic walnuts
