1. Yes please replace the ‘I have anxiety’ with ‘I’m feeling anxious

What can I tone/strengthen to decrease these sensations?

ps. Mel Robbins was incorrect about 2 things:

2. The Vagus Nerve does not start at our seat and go to the top of our heads. It starts in the brainstem above the base of the skull and travels around the throat below the ears and downward to the organs. Longest nerve in the body. Vagus = Wandering

3. There is no ‘on off’ switch for the vagus nerve or nervous system. Just toning and regulation
