I’ve been thinking about this idea a lot lately, especially how often I catch myself trying to push through something or force an outcome because it feels like that’s the only way forward. And the more I pay attention to it, the more I notice how exhausting that actually is.
There’s something about the way water moves that keeps coming back to me. It doesn’t rush, it doesn’t fight, it just keeps finding a way forward without all that tension behind it. And I’ve been asking myself what it would look like to move through things more like that instead of constantly bracing or reacting.
