Delivery timelines matter more than most people realize.

One of the top reasons dentists leave their lab is late or missed deliveries. When a case doesnā€™t arrive on time, it disrupts schedules, delays patient treatment, and creates unnecessary stress for the entire team.

From June through January 31, our lab delivered 5,350 total cases.

ā€¢ 3,403 cases delivered early (63.6%)
ā€¢ 1,846 cases delivered on time (34.5%)

That means over 98% of all cases were delivered on time or ahead of schedule.

Reliable turnaround times donā€™t happen by accident. They come from a team committed to consistency, communication, and respecting the doctorā€™s schedule.
