We would like to inform you about CDC recommended processes we have adopted to ensure your safety and our staff during this COVID-19 outbreak.

What We Are Doing:

Upon your arrival, you will be screened for health issues. We will ask you to complete a brief health questionnaire, and your temperature will be taken.

The waiting area has been altered to accommodate social distancing requirements. Patients are encouraged to come alone or with no more than one companion if necessary. We also ask that patients and visitors bring and wear face masks to appointments.

Our staff is regularly screened for symptoms and wear masks at all times. Appointments are spaced out to allow fewer people in the office at one time. We are taking extra cleaning precautions by disinfecting all room surfaces including computer keyboards and drawer pulls in between patients. Counters, exam chairs, and door handles are also sanitized between clients.

If you feel sick (cough, fever, chills, runny nose, body aches) please call our office and ask to be rescheduled.
