We’re proud to announce that Dr. Jose Chavez has joined the Integrity Pain & Wellness team and will be seeing patients at our Scottsdale, Mesa, and Glendale locations!

Dr. Chavez is double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He brings a unique, holistic approach to patient care by combining his expertise in Osteopathy and Physiatry to accurately diagnose and treat pain with the goal of restoring function and improving quality of life.

He specializes in treating back and joint pain due to degenerative conditions or injury, focusing on minimizing or delaying the need for surgery whenever possible. Dr. Chavez also works with post-surgical patients who continue to experience residual pain and integrates the latest technologies in neuromodulation to help manage complex pain conditions.
